INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 200g swordfish fillets
Vegetables
- 🥗 300g daikon radish
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSI
Cut the swordfish fillets in half horizontally, then into thirds vertically. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the daikon radish into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick pieces. Halve the red bell pepper horizontally and slice into thin strips. Thinly slice the garlic and remove the core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add the swordfish and cook on medium heat until both sides are browned. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, stir-fry the daikon and red bell pepper briefly. Return the swordfish to the pan, add the soy sauce, sugar, and sake, and stir-fry until well combined.
