- 2 slices pork loin

- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSI
Trim any excess fat or sinew from the pork loin and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add the pork and cook over medium heat until browned on one side.
Flip the pork, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Remove the lid, ensure the pork is cooked through, and both sides are browned.
Add soy sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, and honey to the pan. Stir well to coat the pork and reduce the sauce until thickened.
