INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 🐖 100g of minced pork
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🌰 White sesame seeds to taste
Seasoning
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp of sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp of concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp of water
PASSI
Mix minced pork and seasonings (ginger, sake, soy sauce, water) in a microwave-safe container. Spread evenly, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until cooked. Stir to break up the meat.
Add the beaten egg to the container, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for about 40 seconds to cook the egg.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the pork and egg mixture, and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
