INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 1 can canned sea snails (400g)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1 handful green onions, chopped
- 🧅 2 medium onions, julienned
- 5 perilla leaves, sliced
- 2 handfuls lettuce, shredded
- 100g somen noodles
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 handful soaked seaweed (optional)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 5 tbsp vinegar
Broth
- 💧 300g water
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
PASSI
Slice the canned sea snails in half. Julienne all vegetables, including cucumber, carrot, onion, and perilla leaves. Chop green onions and prepare soaked seaweed by squeezing out excess water.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Separately, mix all broth ingredients in another bowl.
Boil somen noodles until cooked. Rinse under cold water, rubbing to remove excess starch, until water runs clear.
Layer lettuce at the bottom of a serving bowl. Arrange prepared vegetables on top, place sea snails in the center, and add minced garlic on the side. Pour the broth over everything.
