- 1/2 medium bitter melon (130g)

Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, mix, and let sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, combine the bitter melon, tuna, mayonnaise, and red shiso furikake. Mix well.
