    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

In a bowl, mix beef tongue with grated garlic, gochujang, and sesame oil. Massage to coat evenly.

Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Place half of the beef tongue slices in the pan and cook until browned on both sides. Repeat with the remaining beef tongue slices after cleaning the pan.

Place lettuce leaves, shiso leaves, green onions, and cooked beef tongue together and roll them up.
