- 🐟 4 fillets horse mackerel
Seafood
- 1 piece cod roe (50g)
Herbs
- 4 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASSI
Cut the stems off the shiso leaves. Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the horse mackerel fillets and let them sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
Place shiso leaves and cod roe on the mackerel fillets, roll them into a cylindrical shape, and secure with toothpicks.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the rolls for about 5 minutes, turning to brown evenly. Remove toothpicks and serve.
