INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 2 horse mackerels, butterflied
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
PASSI
Pat dry the horse mackerels to remove excess moisture.
Mix the marinade ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, grated garlic) in a bowl. Place the horse mackerels in a tray and pour the marinade over them. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Remove excess marinade from the fish and place them skin-side down in the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes until the skin is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
