INGREDIENTI

- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
Citrus
- 🍋 1 sudachi, juiced and sliced
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Slice one sudachi thinly into six pieces and juice the remaining part.
Trim the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and chop the stems into small pieces.
Mix mayonnaise, sudachi juice, chopped mushroom stems, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a container.
Spread the mixture onto the shiitake caps and grill in a toaster oven for 5 minutes. Garnish with sudachi slices before serving.
