INGREDIENTI
Rice Balls
- 🍚 210g cooked rice
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌾 A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Transfer 210g of cooked rice into a bowl. Add 1.5 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Add a pinch of black pepper and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Take a handful of the seasoned rice and shape it into a round ball.
Flatten the rice ball slightly and place a portion of tuna in the center.
Wrap the rice around the tuna, shaping it back into a round ball. Repeat for the remaining rice.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Place the rice balls in the pan.
Pan-fry the rice balls, turning them to cook all sides until golden brown.
Serve the grilled tuna soy sauce rice balls warm.
