- 🐟 2 fillets (200g) yellowtail
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Curry Soy Sauce Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSI
Mix sake, curry powder, and soy sauce in a shallow dish.
Add the yellowtail fillets to the marinade, coating both sides. Let it sit for 15 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the yellowtail skin-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned.
Flip the fillets and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
