- 🍖 16 slices ham
- 🍞 50g breadcrumbs
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Batter
- 🌾 3 tbsp flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 💧 1 tbsp water

- 🥬 100g shredded cabbage
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
PASSI
Mix flour, beaten egg, and water in a bowl to create the batter.
Layer 4 slices of ham together, dip them into the batter, and coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat to make 4 cutlets.
Heat vegetable oil to 170°C (340°F) in a pot. Fry the ham cutlets for 3–4 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown.
Serve the ham cutlets on a plate with shredded cabbage and cherry tomatoes.
