INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g ground beef and pork mix
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Red Wine Sauce
- 50cc red wine
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧈 5g salted butter
PASSI
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Drain and let it cool.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk to moisten.
Add ground beef and pork mix, onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until sticky and divide into two portions. Shape into oval patties, removing air pockets.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Push them to the side of the pan.
Add all sauce ingredients except butter to the pan. Stir and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes to evaporate alcohol. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add butter, and let it melt with residual heat. Serve on a plate.
