INGREDIENTI

- 100g cake flour
- 30g almond flour
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 85g softened butter
- 🥚 1/2 egg

- 40g powdered sugar

Leave butter at room temperature until softened, then cream it until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and a pinch of salt to the butter, mixing well.
Gradually add the beaten egg in two portions, mixing well each time.
Sift cake flour and almond flour into the mixture, then fold gently using a spatula.
Transfer the dough into a piping bag and pipe circular shapes onto a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15–20 minutes.
