INGREDIENTI

- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Marinade
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 🍯 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp grain mustard
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
PASSI
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the chicken with marinade ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 3 minutes. Skewer the chicken pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the skewers until browned on one side, then flip and cover with a lid. Steam for 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the honey mustard sauce ingredients to the pan and coat the skewers evenly.
