INGREDIENTI

- 500g pork shoulder roast
Condiments
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
PASSI
Combine honey and soy sauce in a plastic bag, mix well, and add the pork. Seal the bag, remove air, and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove the pork from the marinade, wrap it in aluminum foil, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 30–40 minutes, then leave it in the oven to cool.
Pour the leftover marinade into a pan and heat on low until slightly thickened.
Slice the pork into serving pieces, plate it, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions.
