INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 4 fillets horse mackerel (140g)
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 100g fresh cheese
Vegetables
- 1/2 red paprika (75g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 5 shiso leaves
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning for Fish
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 🍯 2 tbsp honey
- 🍋 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp lemon salt
- 💧 150ml water
PASSI
Cut red paprika into thin strips, slice onion thinly, and cut shiso leaves into thin strips.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a tray, then add red paprika, onion, and fresh cheese torn into bite-sized pieces.
Cut horse mackerel into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, and coat with potato starch.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, place mackerel skin-side down, and fry until golden. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the fried mackerel to the tray with the sauce and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
