INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 180g sashimi-grade horse mackerel
Vegetables
- 1/4 pack baby leaf greens
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
PASSI
Thinly slice the lemon and finely chop the onion. Soak the onion in water and drain.
Mix the chopped onion, grated ginger, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl to make the onion dressing.
