INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 180g horse mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🌱 8 okra pods (96g)
- 🥬 200g cabbage
Condiments
- 🍑 2 pickled plums
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 4g bonito flakes
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
PASSI
Prepare the horse mackerel fillets by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
Wash and trim the okra, then cut into halves. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the horse mackerel fillets briefly, then remove and set aside.
Add the okra and cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Mix the mirin, soy sauce, and mashed pickled plums to create the plum sauce.
Return the horse mackerel to the pan, pour the plum sauce over, and stir-fry for another minute.
Sprinkle bonito flakes on top before serving.
