INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets horse mackerel (sashimi-grade)
Vegetables
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
PASSI
