INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🍖 250g pork shoulder block
Egg
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (green part)
- Boiled bok choy (as needed)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 50cc sake
- 50cc mirin
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 100cc soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 200cc water
PASSI
Pierce both sides of the pork shoulder with a fork to create holes.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat and sear the pork until browned on all sides, about 6 minutes.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in the rice cooker pot, then add the pork and green onion. Start the regular cooking cycle.
Once the pork is cooked, flip it over and remove 100cc of the cooking liquid. Let the pork rest in the rice cooker on the 'keep warm' setting for 2 hours.
Place the soft-boiled eggs and reserved cooking liquid in a storage bag, remove air, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Slice the pork into serving pieces and plate with marinated eggs and boiled bok choy.
