- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥬 300g cabbage (1/8 head)
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cut the cabbage into 5mm strips and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, massage lightly, and let sit for 15–20 minutes. Squeeze out excess water thoroughly.

In another bowl, mix the drained cabbage, canned tuna, and all seasonings (ponzu sauce, sesame oil, dashi powder, and sesame seeds).
