    • 1-1/4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 pinch ginger powder
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 pinch black pepper
    • 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

Mix all marinade ingredients until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Preheat a frying pan and sear the pork neck on high heat until both sides are golden brown.
