INGREDIENTI
Main
- 1 bag ito konnyaku
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 block firm tofu
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 3g bonito flakes
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Wrap firm tofu in kitchen paper, place on a microwave-safe plate, and heat at 600W for 1 minute.
Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice thinly. Slice shiitake mushrooms thinly and cut ito konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.
In a frying pan, dry-fry ito konnyaku over low heat for about 2 minutes. Add sesame oil, crumble tofu by hand, and cook until browned.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat until softened. Then add bell peppers and stir-fry briefly.
Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Pour the beaten egg into the pan while stirring quickly to combine. Serve on a plate and top with bonito flakes.
