INGREDIENTI
Noodles
- 2 servings Chinese noodles
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber julienned
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes halved
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 50ml water
PASSI
Mince the green onion, julienne the cucumber, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix all seasoning ingredients (★) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground pork and minced green onion, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the mixed seasoning (★) to the pan, stir, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook until the liquid evaporates completely.
Boil water in a pot, cook the Chinese noodles according to the package instructions, and drain well.
Divide the noodles into two bowls, top with the meat sauce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately.
