INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 300g minced chicken (thigh)
- 🥚 6 boiled quail eggs
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/6 carrot, minced
- 🧅 10cm green onion, minced
- 90g grated daikon radish
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- Ponzu soy sauce, as needed
Binders
- 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
PASSI
Mince the carrot and green onion. Coat the boiled quail eggs with flour.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk to moisten. Add minced chicken, carrot, green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until sticky.
Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a microwave-safe plate. Spread half the meat mixture into a rectangular shape, place quail eggs on top, and cover with the remaining meat mixture. Shape and wrap tightly.
Microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Flip and microwave for another 4 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing.
Grate the daikon radish and drain excess water. Serve sliced meatloaf with grated daikon and ponzu soy sauce.
