PASSI
Slice the onions thinly against the grain. Massage them in water for about 1 minute until the water turns cloudy, then squeeze out the excess water.
Make a slit in the pollock roe skin and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the pollock roe, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Add the onions and mix well.
Plate the salad and sprinkle bonito flakes on top.
