INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
Vegetables
- 🍅 100g diced tomato
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Marinade
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSI
Thinly slice the salmon into sashimi-style pieces.
Dice the tomato into 1cm cubes and thinly slice the shiso leaves after removing their stems.
In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper).
Add the salmon slices to the marinade, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Arrange the marinated salmon, diced tomato, and shiso leaves on a serving plate.
