INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 2 thick slices of pork loin
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 5 shiso leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp ponzu soy sauce
Other
- Flour as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSI
Finely chop the onion and soak it in water, then drain. Roughly chop the shiso leaves and boiled egg.
In a bowl, mix the onion, shiso leaves, egg, mayonnaise, and ponzu soy sauce.
Make small cuts between the lean and fatty parts of the pork loin, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and cook until browned. Flip and cook for 3–5 minutes over medium heat until fully cooked.
Place the cooked pork on a plate and top with the Japanese-style tartar sauce.
