INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh (for frying)
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Batter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
PASSI
Place chicken in a bowl and add sake, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Massage the mixture into the chicken and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, mix flour, potato starch, and sesame seeds to prepare the batter.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), about 2cm deep. Coat the marinated chicken with the batter and fry for about 4 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through.
