- 1 turnip (70g), thinly sliced

- 1 mentaiko, remove contents

Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs

PASSI
Thinly slice the turnip and remove the contents of the mentaiko.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
