INGREDIENTI

- 300g pork slices
- 1/2 tsp mustard paste
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
Tartar Sauce
- 🧅 1/8 onion, minced
- 🥚 1 boiled egg, minced
- 1/3 tsp mustard paste
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- Pinch of parsley
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
In a bowl, mix pork slices with mustard, sake, and salt. Massage to combine.
Add cornstarch to the pork mixture and shape into bite-sized balls.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the pork balls until browned, then flip and cover with a lid to cook through on low heat.
Remove excess oil and coat the cooked pork balls with ponzu sauce.
Prepare the tartar sauce: Mince onion and soak in water to remove sharpness. Mince boiled egg.
Mix mustard, mayonnaise, and milk in a bowl. Add onion, egg, and parsley, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the pork balls and drizzle with tartar sauce.
