INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti (1.6mm)
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🥢 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 💧 300ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
PASSI
Crack the egg into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
In a frying pan, add the tuna and sauce ingredients (☆), then bring to a boil over medium heat.
Break the spaghetti in half and add to the pan. Cover and cook according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally.
Uncover the pan and cook over medium heat to evaporate excess water while stirring.
Pour the beaten egg into the pan and mix until the egg is semi-cooked.
Plate the pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
