INGREDIENTI
Vegetables
- 1/4 head kimchi, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Protein
- 2 cans tuna
Condiments
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Chop the kimchi into small pieces for easier eating.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté green onion, garlic, and onion.
Add the chopped kimchi and sesame oil to the pan and stir-fry on low heat.
Add sugar and stir-fry to balance the sourness of the kimchi.
Add gochujang and mix well.
If not added earlier, mix in the tuna and stir gently.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
