INGREDIENTI

- 100g snow peas
Nuts
- 🌰 20g roasted walnuts
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp ground sesame
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
PASSI
Remove the strings from the snow peas.
Boil water in a pot, add the snow peas, blanch briefly, and drain. Cool slightly and cut diagonally in half.
Place the roasted walnuts in a plastic bag and crush lightly with a rolling pin, leaving some texture.
In a bowl, mix the crushed walnuts with the seasonings (☆). Add the snow peas and toss to combine.
