INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 150g shirataki (konjac noodles)
- 4 sausages (80g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Toppings
- 🧀 Grated cheese, as needed
PASSI
Slice the onion thinly. Cut the shirataki into manageable lengths. Boil the shirataki in a pot of water for about 3 minutes, then drain.
Remove seeds and stem from the green pepper, then slice it thinly. Slice the sausages diagonally into thin pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and onions, and stir-fry until the onions become tender.
Add the green pepper, shirataki, and butter to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is well coated with oil.
Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
