    • 1 tbsp mirin

    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
    • Sliced chili to taste

Cut the konjac into 6 equal pieces and pat dry. Heat a pan and lightly sear the konjac on medium heat until browned. Let cool.
