    • 2 tbsp anchovy sauce

    • 1500ml water

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pot, then stir-fry the radish and pollack for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp Korean soy sauce, and 1 tbsp anchovy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Skim off any foam from the surface and cover the pot. Simmer for 20 minutes.
