- 🐟 200g horse mackerel fillets

- 1/4 yellow bell pepper
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🌱 4 okra pods
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp soybean flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Marinade
- 🍋 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar

- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 💧 50ml water
PASSI
