INGREDIENTI
Ssamjang Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch black pepper
Bibimbap Ingredients
- 🍚 2/3 cup cooked rice
- 🥬 5 leaves lettuce
- 🥚 1 egg
- to taste tuna ssamjang
PASSI
Drain the oil from the canned tuna using a sieve. Optionally, rinse with hot water to remove excess oil.
Mix the drained tuna with 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1.5 tbsp gochujang, and 1 tbsp corn syrup until well combined.
Add 0.5 tbsp sesame oil and a pinch of black pepper to the tuna mixture and mix thoroughly to make the tuna ssamjang.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl and top with shredded lettuce. Optionally, mix in some perilla leaves for added flavor.
Fry an egg to your desired doneness and set aside.
Top the rice with the fried egg and a generous amount of tuna ssamjang to complete the lettuce bibimbap.
