Cod Roe Vinegar Dressing
- 12.5g cod roe
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
PASSI
Cut the cod roe and extract the contents.
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for about 1 minute. Drain and let cool slightly.
Mix the cod roe, sugar, salt, and vinegar in a bowl.
Add the lettuce to the bowl and mix well.
