INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🧅 2 slices of 1cm thick onion
- 🥚 2 small eggs
- 🧀 4 tbsp shredded pizza cheese
- 🍚 Cooked rice as needed
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Patty
- 250g ground beef and pork mix
- 🧅 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 small egg
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧈 1 tsp salted butter
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Ketchup Sauce
- 2 tbsp red wine
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp water
- 🧈 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Coleslaw
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, shredded
- 🌽 50g canned corn
- 1 tbsp French dressing
PASSI
Prepare the onion slices by cutting them into 1cm thick rounds. Set aside.
Mix the ground meat, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook the patties until browned on both sides and fully cooked through.
In the same pan, sauté the onion slices until golden brown and tender.
Fry the eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan.
Combine the ketchup, red wine, water, butter, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan. Heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
Assemble the plate: place rice on the bottom, top with a patty, sautéed onion, fried egg, and drizzle with ketchup sauce.
Prepare the coleslaw by mixing shredded cabbage, corn, and French dressing in a bowl. Serve on the side.
