INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 100g lotus root, sliced
- 1/2 bunch chives, minced
Staples
- Flour, as needed
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
PASSI
Slice the lotus root thinly using a slicer, rinse briefly in water, and pat dry. Mince the chives.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced chives, and seasonings until the mixture becomes sticky.
Pat the lotus root slices dry with a paper towel, lightly coat one side with flour, and place equal portions of the pork mixture on top. Fold the slices in half.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the dumplings and cook until golden brown on one side.
Flip the dumplings and cook for about 3 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
