INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade tuna
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Sufficient amount of vegetable oil
Batter
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Coating
- 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 🌰 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🌱 100g grated daikon radish
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
PASSI
Season the tuna with salt and pepper, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Grate the daikon radish and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Prepare the batter by mixing flour, mayonnaise, and water in a tray. In another tray, mix breadcrumbs, black sesame, and white sesame seeds.
Dip the tuna into the batter, then coat it with the sesame breadcrumb mixture.
Heat vegetable oil to 180°C and fry the coated tuna for about 1 minute until golden brown. Slice into bite-sized pieces and plate.
Serve with grated daikon and ponzu sauce on the side.
