INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
Aromatics
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 50ml water
PASSI
Trim the tough ends of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them in half, including the stems. Slice the green onion into 1cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the seasoning (sake, mentsuyu, doubanjiang, cornstarch, and water).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork, grated ginger, and grated garlic. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the pork changes color.
Add the shiitake mushrooms and green onion to the pan. Continue stir-frying for about 5 minutes until the green onion softens.
Re-mix the seasoning and pour it into the pan. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
