INGREDIENTI
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade horse mackerel
Vegetables
- 2 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- Chopped green onions, as needed
Toppings
- Shredded nori, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
PASSI
Thinly slice the shiso leaves and myoga.
Mix sake, mirin, and soy sauce in a microwave-safe container. Heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds, then let cool. Add grated ginger and ground white sesame, and mix well.
Add the horse mackerel to the seasoning mixture and mix gently. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Add shiso leaves and myoga, and mix lightly.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with shredded nori, the marinated fish mixture, and sprinkle chopped green onions.
