Pork Spare Ribs Marinade
- 300g pork belly block
- 1/2 piece red paprika
- 1/2 piece yellow paprika
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Herb Chicken Marinade
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- A pinch of chopped parsley
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
