- 🥖 1/2 baguette
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 100g mascarpone cheese
Vegetables
- 🥦 4 asparagus spears
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
- 🥔 1 potato
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna
Seasonings
- 🧂 to taste salt
- pinch of pepper
PASSI
Scoop out the center of the baguette, leaving a 1cm border. Drain the oil from the tuna can.
Peel the asparagus halfway and cut into small pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Cut cherry tomatoes into eighths.
Dice the potato and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Mash while warm.
Mix the mashed potato with mascarpone cheese, tuna, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the baguette with the mixture and slice into bite-sized pieces.
