INGREDIENTI

- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
Mashed Pumpkin
- 🎃 300g pumpkin, peeled and diced
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Meat Sauce
- 200g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSI
Peel and dice the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Mash while hot, then mix with milk, salt, and pepper to create mashed pumpkin.
Finely mince the onion.
Combine all meat sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir, then microwave again at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked through.
Layer the meat sauce in a heatproof dish, spread the mashed pumpkin on top, and create patterns with a fork. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake in a toaster oven for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
