- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 packet matsutake soup base
- 💧 3 tbsp water

Cut the king oyster mushrooms horizontally into halves, then slice thinly. For smaller mushrooms, slice thinly lengthwise.

Place the mushrooms and all seasoning ingredients into a pot. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the liquid reduces.
